Terms of Service (TOS)

By using the cra0vision.net web site("Service"), all services of cVision, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"), including any subsequent changes or modifications to them. You are responsible for reviewing the TOS periodically for any modifications. These terms and conditions apply to web sites and interactive services (hereafter individually a “Service” and collectively the “Services”) owned or operated by CRA0DIGITAL PTY LTD (hereafter the “Company”, “CRA0DIGITAL”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates. By registering for an account and/or becoming a member to purchase an license for services offered on cra0vision.net (hereafter the “Site”) you confirm your knowledge of and agreement to be bound by the then most current version of the TOS, which can be accessed from the Site. You are responsible for reviewing the TOS periodically for any modifications. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use this Service. If you wish to close your account, please contact us.

As set out in more detail below, CRA0DIGITAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND AND/OR CLOSE THE ACCOUNT OF ANY MEMBER WHO VIOLATES, OR WHOM CRA0DIGITAL REASONABLY BELIEVES MAY BE OR WILL BE VIOLATING, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE, AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

User Content

All Content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

We reserve the rights to remove or modify any Content submitted for any reason without explanation. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account with the Service at any time.

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain copyright over the Content.

User Account

Your Account, including any information pertaining to it (e.g.: contact information, Account status, Account history and Subscriptions, etc.), is strictly personal. You may therefore not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, transfer your Account, nor may you re-sell, exchange your account or transfer ownership to another individual. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system that your account is hardware linked to. We are not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for all of the communication and activity on cra0vision.net that results from use of your login name and password by you, by any person to whom you may have intentionally or by negligence disclosed your login and/or password in violation of this confidentiality provision. CRA0DIGITAL is not responsible for the use of your Account by a person who fraudulently used your login and password without your permission.

Your user account on cra0vision.net which grants you access to cVision services should only be accessed by you and you only; We don't allow sharing of accounts between individuals if our system detects any user sharing accounts, the account being shared will be locked/banned and access will be denied indefinitely to the software loader. Once you have purchased a subscription you will be granted the ability to register a device to link with your account (authorize), this device and this device ONLY will be allowed to use the service. Your account has two de-authorizations available free of charge, if you wish to perform more you will need to purchase a reset package from the store.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription service from our website, the subscription will start when we confirm your payment and stop at the end of the purchased period; We do not freeze subscriptions. If you have purchased an ongoing subscription which renews at the end of every month you may cancel this through our store page so you are not billed the next month. Subscriptions may grant a limited non-exclusive license to use software that is only accessible to users of a specific user group, however this access may be subject to termination, maintenance downtime or discontinuation. In which case compensation may not be offered; This decision is decided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Payments and Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase provided that you have not logged into our software distributor client and linked your device with your cVision account. Since our services provide electronic, virtual intangible goods we do not offer refunds. You will not receive any refund for partial or non-usage of the services provided, please make sure the subscription you are going to purchase is right for you. After logging into our software distributor and accessing our private, paid user-group forums, you will have received the full value of your subscription and will no longer be eligible for any refunds.

Unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, attempts to ‘charged back’ or deny payments to your account will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken.
